Not all channels are working.

I thought that by paying some amount of money to watch tv channels would give uninterrupted service. But it appears to be false. Only 30% of channels are working and the good channels like Sony, zoom are not working.
It always shows that the channels are temporarily unavailable. This is not acceptable. Please fix it or give me back my money.
